Dominant Color Finder

Find the single most prominent colour in an image and the handful of runners-up, each shown with its share of the total pixel count.

5

How it works

  1. 1

Drop any image onto the upload area, choose how many colours to show (2–10), and click Find dominant colours.

  2. 2

The most prominent colour appears at the top with its hex, RGB, and HSL values; runners-up are shown below with their percentage share.

  3. 3

The bar at the bottom visualises the pixel-share split at a glance — hover any segment to see the exact colour and percentage.

Questions

Does the image leave my device?

No. All processing runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Why is the analysis based on a downsampled copy?

Before measuring colour frequencies the image is shrunk so that the longest side is at most 256 px. This makes the analysis fast for large photos without meaningfully changing which colours come out on top.

What does the share percentage represent?

After the palette is built, every pixel in the downsampled image is mapped to its nearest palette colour. The share is the proportion of pixels assigned to each colour, rounded to whole numbers and adjusted so the total equals 100.

Can I use this to pick brand colours from a logo?

Yes — logos with a small number of distinct solid colours are a great use case. Set the colour count to match the expected number of colours in the logo for the cleanest result.

ICO Converter

ICO Converter

Build a multi-size .ico file from a PNG or JPG, choosing which pixel sizes to include — ideal for application icons and browser favicons.

Favicon Generator

Favicon Generator

Generate a full favicon set from one image: a three-size ICO, an Apple touch icon, PWA icons, a webmanifest, and the HTML.

SVG Converter

SVG Converter

Rasterize an SVG file to PNG, JPEG or WebP at a scale factor you choose. The result is a pixel image — not editable vector paths.

SVG to JPG

SVG to JPG

Convert an SVG to a JPEG image at the export scale you set, composited onto a solid background colour — because JPEG has no transparency.

Adjust Brightness

Adjust Brightness

Lighten or darken an image by shifting every pixel's brightness up or down with a single slider.

Adjust Contrast

Adjust Contrast

Increase or reduce the difference between light and dark areas to make an image pop or flatten it.

Adjust Saturation

Adjust Saturation

Boost or reduce the intensity of colours in an image, all the way from vivid to greyscale.

Rotate Hue

Rotate Hue

Shift every colour in an image around the hue wheel to change the overall colour cast.
