SVG Converter
Rasterize an SVG file to PNG, JPEG or WebP at a scale factor you choose. The result is a pixel image — not editable vector paths.
How it works
- 1
Drop an SVG file onto the upload area. The tool reads its natural dimensions from the SVG itself.
- 2
Choose an output format — PNG for transparency, JPEG for smaller files, WebP for modern browsers — and set an export scale if you want a larger or smaller raster.
- 3
Click Convert SVG to download the rasterized image. The result is a pixel image, not editable vector paths.
Questions
Is the output still a vector file?
No. The output is a raster (pixel) image at the size the SVG was rendered. It is a snapshot of the SVG at the chosen scale, not editable vector paths. If you need to keep the file as a vector, use the original SVG.
What does the export scale do?
The SVG's natural size (set by its width, height or viewBox attribute) is multiplied by the scale. A scale of 2 produces a pixel image twice as wide and tall. Use a higher scale when you need a large raster, for example for print.
Which format should I choose?
PNG is lossless and supports transparency — ideal for icons and graphics with sharp edges. JPEG is smaller but has no transparency and may show compression artefacts. WebP gives better compression than JPEG in most modern browsers.
Will my file be uploaded to a server?
No. The SVG is rasterized entirely inside your browser using the platform's own renderer. Your file never leaves your device.
My SVG looks different in the output. Why?
Some SVG features — external fonts, cross-origin images, and certain filter effects — may render differently or not at all when processed through the browser's canvas. Check that the SVG is self-contained if the output does not match expectations.

SVG to JPG
Convert an SVG to a JPEG image at the export scale you set, composited onto a solid background colour — because JPEG has no transparency.

Lighten or darken an image by shifting every pixel's brightness up or down with a single slider.
Adjust Contrast
Increase or reduce the difference between light and dark areas to make an image pop or flatten it.
Adjust Saturation
Boost or reduce the intensity of colours in an image, all the way from vivid to greyscale.
Rotate Hue
Shift every colour in an image around the hue wheel to change the overall colour cast.
Adjust Exposure
Simulate camera exposure stops to brighten or darken an image multiplicatively, the way a lens does.
