Crop Image

Cut out a rectangular region of an image by entering exact pixel coordinates and size.

How it works

  1. 1

Drop an image and set the top-left corner position (X and Y) plus the width and height of the region you want to keep.

  2. 2

To fix a standard ratio such as 16:9 or 1:1, choose an aspect preset — the height is then derived from your width automatically.

  3. 3

Click Crop — only the selected rectangle is kept and the result downloads instantly. Nothing is uploaded.

Questions

What happens if my crop region goes outside the image?

If the starting position (X or Y) falls outside the image, the tool shows an error rather than silently returning a sliver. Adjust the coordinates so they sit within the image boundaries.

How does the aspect ratio preset work?

When you pick a preset such as 16:9, the height field is ignored and the tool computes it from your width. The crop area is always driven by the Width option when a preset is active.

Does cropping keep the original quality?

Cropping re-encodes the image, which introduces slight quality loss for JPEG output. Choose PNG or WebP if lossless output matters. The source image is never uploaded — all processing happens in your browser.

Is my image uploaded anywhere?

No. The crop operation runs entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.

SVG to JPG

Convert an SVG to a JPEG image at the export scale you set, composited onto a solid background colour — because JPEG has no transparency.

Adjust Brightness

Lighten or darken an image by shifting every pixel's brightness up or down with a single slider.

Adjust Contrast
