Blur Image

Smooth an image with a box blur to soften detail, reduce noise, or create a subtle diffusion effect.

How it works

  1. 1

Drop your image onto the upload area and drag the radius slider. A small radius subtly softens the image; a large radius produces a strong, dreamy blur.

  2. 2

The blur runs three passes to approximate a smooth Gaussian result rather than a blocky average.

  3. 3

Click Blur image to download the result as a PNG.

Questions

Which radius should I use?

Radius 1–3 removes fine noise while keeping edges sharp. Radius 10–20 creates a visible soft-focus look. Above 30 the image becomes heavily diffused.

Why does the output file become a PNG?

PNG is a lossless format, so the blur effect is saved exactly without adding JPEG compression artefacts on top of it. For most images PNG is the right choice after a pixel-level transformation.

Does my image leave my device?

No. All processing runs entirely in your browser. The image is never sent anywhere.

ICO Converter

ICO Converter

Build a multi-size .ico file from a PNG or JPG, choosing which pixel sizes to include — ideal for application icons and browser favicons.

Favicon Generator

Favicon Generator

Generate a full favicon set from one image: a three-size ICO, an Apple touch icon, PWA icons, a webmanifest, and the HTML.

SVG Converter

SVG Converter

Rasterize an SVG file to PNG, JPEG or WebP at a scale factor you choose. The result is a pixel image — not editable vector paths.

SVG to JPG

SVG to JPG

Convert an SVG to a JPEG image at the export scale you set, composited onto a solid background colour — because JPEG has no transparency.

Adjust Brightness

Adjust Brightness

Lighten or darken an image by shifting every pixel's brightness up or down with a single slider.

Adjust Contrast

Adjust Contrast

Increase or reduce the difference between light and dark areas to make an image pop or flatten it.

Adjust Saturation

Adjust Saturation

Boost or reduce the intensity of colours in an image, all the way from vivid to greyscale.

Rotate Hue

Rotate Hue

Shift every colour in an image around the hue wheel to change the overall colour cast.
