How it works

Use commas to separate entries: write a page number to include it, a range like 1-3 to include several, the same number twice to duplicate, and simply omit a page to drop it.

Questions
What does the page expression mean exactly?
It is the complete page sequence of the output PDF. "1-3,5,5,2" means the output has six pages: pages 1, 2, 3, 5 (twice), then 2 again. Every entry in the expression becomes a page in the result — nothing more, nothing less.
How do I drop a page?
Just leave it out of the expression. If your PDF has five pages and you write "1-3,5", page 4 does not appear in the output.
How do I duplicate a page?
Write its number more than once. "2,2,2" inserts page 2 three times. You can combine this with ranges: "1-3,3" gives four pages, with page 3 appearing twice at the end.
What is the difference between this tool and Rearrange PDF Pages?
Rearrange PDF Pages requires every page to appear exactly once — it reorders but never drops or duplicates. Organize PDF accepts any expression, so you can drop pages, repeat them, or do all three in one pass.
Is my PDF sent to a server?
No. The entire operation runs in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
