- 2
Set the X and Y coordinates in points (1 pt = 1/72 inch) measured from the bottom-left corner, and choose the font size and colour.
- 3
Select which pages to stamp, then click Stamp text to download the result.
Questions
How are X and Y measured?
X is the distance from the left edge of the page and Y is the distance from the bottom edge, both in points (72 points = 1 inch). A typical A4 page is 595 × 842 pt.
Can I stamp different text on different pages?
This tool places the same text on every selected page. Run it once per distinct label and use the Pages field to target each range separately.
Why are some characters replaced or causing an error?
Standard PDF fonts support only Latin letters and common punctuation (WinAnsi encoding). Characters outside that set — such as emoji or non-Latin scripts — cannot be used.
Is the PDF processed on my device?
Yes. The file is read and modified entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
