Add Header to PDF
Print a line of text across the top of every selected page, aligned left, centre, or right.
How it works
- 1
Drop your PDF and type the text you want printed at the top of each page.
- 2
Choose how the text should be aligned and how far from the top edge it should sit.
- 3
Optionally narrow it to specific pages, then click Add header to download.
Questions
Will the header overlap existing content near the top of the page?
It can, depending on the document. Increase the top margin in the original PDF before adding a header, or use a large Margin value here to push the stamp above the content area.
Can I use a different font?
The tool uses Helvetica, a standard PDF font. Only Latin characters and common punctuation are supported.
Can I add a header to only some pages?
Yes. Enter a page range such as 2- to skip the cover page, or 1,3,5 to stamp only those pages.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser and never sent anywhere.
