Add Footer to PDF
Print a line of text along the bottom of every selected page, aligned left, centre, or right.
How it works
- 1
Drop your PDF and type the text you want printed at the bottom of each page.
- 2
Choose alignment (left, centre, or right) and the distance from the bottom edge.
- 3
Optionally narrow it to specific pages, then click Add footer to download.
Questions
Will the footer overlap existing content near the bottom of the page?
It might if the original PDF has content close to the bottom edge. Try increasing the Margin from bottom value to push the stamp below the content area.
Can I combine a header and a footer in one step?
Not in a single run. Add the header first, download the result, then drop it into the Add Footer tool.
What characters are supported?
The footer is drawn using Helvetica, a standard PDF font. Only Latin characters and common punctuation (WinAnsi encoding) are supported.
Does my file leave my device?
No. The PDF is read and modified entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
