What counts as an empty line?
Any line whose content is entirely whitespace — spaces, tabs, or nothing at all — is considered empty and removed.
Are lines with actual content ever removed?
No. Only lines that are blank after trimming whitespace are dropped. Lines with any visible character are left untouched.
Is my text processed on a server?
