Questions
What are the four question types?
"What is X% of Y?" finds a fraction of a number. "X is what % of Y?" turns a ratio into a percentage. "% change from X to Y" shows how much something has grown or shrunk. "Increase / decrease X by Y%" applies a percentage shift to a starting value.
What happens if I enter 0 as the second number?
Division by zero is not meaningful — if you ask "X is what % of 0?" or "% change from 0", the tool explains why the result cannot be computed rather than showing NaN.
Are the calculations saved anywhere?
