Does the order of the dates matter?

No. The tool automatically treats the earlier date as the start, so entering the later date in the first field gives the same result.

How are business days counted?

Business days are Monday through Friday. Public holidays are not excluded because holiday calendars differ by country and region.

What does the "Count the end day" toggle do?

By default, the gap from 1 Jan to 3 Jan is 2 days (exclusive). Enabling the toggle counts it as 3 days, treating the end date as part of the period.

Is any data sent anywhere?

No. All calculations happen in your browser. The dates you enter are not recorded or transmitted.
